Front Line Movings & Storage LLC understands that plans may change; however, due to scheduling commitments and operational costs, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours after the initial reservation are not eligible for a refund. In addition, cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the originally scheduled move date are also non-refundable.

For cancellations that qualify for a refund, the refunded amount will be subject to deductions, including an administrative fee of eleven percent (11%) of the total amount paid, as well as a non-refundable charge of $1.00 per cubic foot based on the estimated volume of the move.

Upon cancellation, documentation confirming the termination of services will be provided for your review and signature. This documentation will outline the cancellation details and specify any applicable refunds and/or credits. Execution of such documentation is required to finalize the cancellation and release both parties from further financial obligations under the agreement.
